About the Role

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to work in a dynamic environment that requires self-management of tasks and duties and a high degree of entrepreneurial drive.

Candidates applying for our marketing internship position have strong working knowledge in social media marketing, ideally covering SEO, Instagram campaign management and content creation.

Our internships are mainly remote, and we accept applications from the EU economic area only.

Applicants undergo three interviews with the founding team and a member of their division to assess motivation for the role, technical skills and answer any outstanding questions.

Requirements

We are looking for the below characteristics in applicants seeking to work as marketing interns:

  • Finished degree or current student in a marketing related field

  • Strong experience designing marketing content, planning regular posts and engaging with the community on various channels

  • Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns and engagement with content including setting up KPIs, capturing campaign performance data and reporting to the management of the company

  • Experience with discord management

  • Strong interest in financial and economic topics and high degree of awareness of current events in the economy

  • Initial experience in running small-scale market research studies and ability to plan and execute these independently

  • Great communication skills in English
